CHERI'S WHITE DIPPING SAUCE
1 1/2 cups mayonnaise
1/4 cup prepared horseradish
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon fresh parsley, chopped
1/4 teaspoon hot sauce
1 clove garlic, crushed

Combine all of the ingredients and chill about 3 hours. Cheri suggests using it to dip cocktail shrimp, raw vegetables or pork rinds and says that it's also good on steak. I bet it would make a good burger topper too.

Makes about 1 3/4 cups
Do not freeze
