I added my menus for January to the Menus page on 2/1/08.

I just heard about another brand of liquid Splenda - EZ-Sweetz. I haven't tried it myself and haven't heard any reviews of it. The price and concentration is comparable to Sweetzfree's but their price doesn't include shipping.
All of you who are just starting out with your low carb diets, you'll want to check out these helpful user forums for advice, support, recipes and much more: Low Carb Discussion Forums and Low Carb Friends

Hopefully they will help cover the cost of running my site. Let me know if you find any bad links or missing pictures and that sort of thing. Added on 8/29/07: A couple weeks ago I tried some Walden Farms marshmallow dip for the first time. It doesn't taste good and has a strange tang to it. Something clicked in my head and the result was... Peanut Butter Fluff
