TUNA QUICHE WITH DILL
6 ounce can solid white tuna, drained
4 ounces Swiss cheese, shredded
2 tablespoons green onion, chopped
1 cup heavy cream
1/2 teaspoon dried dill or 2 teaspoon fresh
1/2 teaspoon salt
Arrange the tuna, green onions and cheese in a greased pie plate. Beat the eggs, cream and seasonings; pour over the cheese. Bake 350º 35 minutes until a knife inserted in center comes out clean. Let stand 10 minutes before cutting.
Makes 6 servings
Can be frozen

This came out pretty good, but I thought it could use a bit more flavor. Perhaps a little onion powder would help.
