This is a very simple recipe and is tasty for any time of the day, not just for breakfast. I got the idea from the Creamy Chile Sausage Gravy recipe. I added the cauliflower to give it a little more substance.
UPDATE 6/30/15: Someone named Ashley made this recipe and took a photo for me since I never got around to taking one and I didn't have a camera when I posted the recipe. As you can see, she topped it with a couple of fried eggs. It looks good enough to eat, doesn't it? Thanks Ashley. Click the photo to see a close-up.
