LAURIE'S SALMON DILL SAUCE
1/2 cup sour cream
1/2 cup mayonnaise
2 tablespoons fresh dill or 3/4 teaspoon dry
1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
Salt and pepper, to taste
Blend all of the ingredients and chill until serving time.
Makes 1 cup or eight 2-tablespoon servings
Do not freeze

This recipe is from my cousin, Laurie. Perhaps it's because I used dried dill, but I think it could use more flavor and "zing". Next time I'll try using fresh dill and more Dijon mustard. A little dry Ranch dressing powder might do the trick as well.
