ROASTED BROCCOLI
Fresh broccoli, trimmed and cut into spears
Oil or olive oil
Salt and pepper, to taste

Toss all of the ingredients to coat the broccoli. Put the broccoli in a roasting pan or baking sheet in an single layer. Bake at 375-400 for 20 minutes, until tender and browned.

About 4 spears per serving
Can be frozen
