PORK CHOPS
6 pork chops
Seasoning of your choice
1/2 small onion, chopped, 1 1/4 ounces

Place the pork chops on a large piece of heavy foil. Season on both sides with desired seasonings (salt, pepper, garlic powder, etc.). Sprinkle with the onions. Fold up the foil and seal well; place in a large baking pan. Bake at 350º for about 2 hours until tender.

Makes 6 servings
Can be frozen

These certainly aren't elegant, but a nice way to cook pork chops with little or no cleanup. You could add all sorts of things to this, such as green peppers, mushrooms, other veggies and seasonings. Be careful if using cheaper pork chops with bones. The bones tend to fall apart and there are sometimes little bone fragments hidden in the meat. I guess you get what you pay for.
