PARMESAN BAKED CHICKEN
1 tablespoon butter, melted
1 boneless chicken breast
1/2 ounce parmesan cheese, shredded, about 2 tablespoons
Pinch garlic powder
Dash pepper
Dash Spicy Seasoning Salt

Dip the chicken in butter then coat with the parmesan cheese. Sprinkle with the seasonings and bake at 350 about 25-30 minutes, until the chicken is cooked through.

Makes 1 serving
Can be frozen

The is plain and simple, but nothing special. I used the kind of parmesan cheese that comes in a can. I lined my baking sheet with foil and the chicken stuck to it. I think I might not bother coating the bottom of the chicken with parmesan next time since most of it came off anyway.
