PAN-FRIED TILAPIA
Tilapia fillets, thawed (about 4 ounces each)
Salt, pepper or other seasonings
1 tablespoon butter per fillet

Heat the butter in a nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Season the fish then fry until golden brown on both sides about 8-10 minutes.

Per Serving: 210 Calories; 14g Fat; 20g Protein; trace Carbohydrate; 0g Dietary Fiber; trace Net Carbs

I think I like fish cooked this way even better than broiled with butter. The fish got more browned all over and made contact with the butter more. You'll have to be very careful turning the fish over or it will fall apart. Make sure that you pour the yummy browned butter over each serving. Click the photo to see a close-up.
