MY SPECIAL SCRAMBLED EGGS
2 eggs, beaten
Spices and seasonings of your choice
Your choice of the following add-ins:
- 1 ounce shredded cheese, any kind
- Chopped green or red peppers
- Chopped onion
- Chopped green onion
- Minced celery
- Cooked, crisp, crumbled bacon
- Cooked breakfast or Italian sausage
- Diced ham
- Minced jalapeños
- Sliced mushrooms
Heat some butter in a skillet. Sauté any fresh and/or frozen veggies and meats until hot. Add the eggs and desired seasonings. Scramble all together and add the cheese, if using, and cook until the eggs are done and the cheese is melted.
