MUSHROOM ROUND STEAK
Round steak or chuck roast
1 batch Dottie's mushroom soup for recipes
4 pieces bacon

Line a baking pan with foil; spray with nonstick spray. Place the meat in the pan and season with salt and pepper and desired spices. Spread the mushroom soup over the meat. Cover the pan with foil and bake at 325 3-4 hours for round steak, 5-6 hours for a roast.

Makes about 4-6 servings
Do not freeze

The flavor was good, but round steak is too tough and dry. I added some extra sliced mushrooms and put them on top of the meat before spreading on the soup. Next time I'll make this with a chuck roast.
