PAULA'S MARINATED TOMATOES
1 tablespoon granular Splenda or equivalent liquid Splenda
1 1/2 teaspoons garlic salt
1 1/2 teaspoons Seasoning Salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
3/4 cup oil
1/2 cup red wine vinegar
3 green onions, chopped
3 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
1 pound grape tomatoes, halved or quartered

Whisk together the first 6 ingredients; toss with green onions, parsley and tomatoes. Marinate at room temperature up to 2 hours, stirring occasionally.

Makes about 8 servings
Do not freeze

Per Serving: 106 Calories; 11g Fat; 1g Protein; 4g Carbohydrate; 1g Dietary Fiber; 3g Net Carbs

This recipe is from Paul Deen and it tastes very good. There is way more dressing than necessary so I would cut the first 6 ingredients by half. I've only counted half of the dressing in the carb counts since most of it would be left in the bowl anyway.
