LOW CARB "MIRACLE WHIP" SALAD DRESSING
1 cup mayonnaise
2 tablespoons white vinegar
2 tablespoons granular Splenda or equivalent liquid Splenda
Whisk all of the ingredients together and use as you would use Miracle Whip.

Per Tablespoon: 89 Calories; 10g Fat; trace Protein; .5g Carbohydrate; trace Dietary Fiber; .5g Net Carb
Per 2 Tablespoons: 177 Calories; 19g Fat; trace Protein; 1g Carbohydrate; trace Dietary Fiber; 1g Net Carb
With the exception of the cayenne, this is basically the same dressing that's used in the Broccoli Crunch Salad and Broccoli Salad. The vinegar gives it that characteristic "zip" and Splenda replaces all the sugar that's in the real thing. There is no significant carb savings per serving using liquid Splenda instead of granular.
