ITALIAN MEATBALL BAKE
1 batch Baked Meatballs
1/2 pound mushrooms, sliced
1 green pepper, in chunky slices, 5 ounces
1/2 cup onion, in chunky slices, 2 1/2 ounces or 1 small
3/4 cup pasta sauce
6 ounces mozzarella cheese, shredded

Sauté the mushrooms, peppers and onion in olive oil until tender. Meanwhile, reheat the meatballs, if necessary. Divide the meatballs and vegetable mixture between 6 individual casserole dishes. Top each with 2 tablespoons pasta sauce, then 1 ounce mozzarella. Microwave about 2 minutes on MEDIUM power or bake about 10 -15 minutes at 350º until hot and bubbly and the cheese is melted.
