1 pound ground beef
1 batch Dottie's Mushroom Soup for Recipes
5 servings cooked cauliflower or cabbage, about 25 ounces before cooking
Butter, for cauliflower or cabbage
Salt and pepper, to taste
Brown the hamburger; drain the fat. Stir in the mushroom soup. Simmer on low heat just until hot. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Over-heating may cause the sauce to break down and become oily. Serve over hot, buttered cauliflower or cabbage.
