HAM & CHEESE QUICHE
5-6 ounces ham, diced
4 ounces cheddar cheese, shredded
3/4 cup heavy cream
1/8 teaspoon pepper
1 tablespoon chives or green onion, minced
Arrange the cheese and ham in a large greased pie plate. Beat the eggs, cream, pepper and chives well; pour over the ham. Bake at 350º 35 minutes or until a knife inserted in the center comes out clean. Let stand 10 minutes before cutting.
Makes 6 servings
