6 boneless chicken breasts
1 teaspoon salt
2 teaspoons paprika
2 teaspoons pepper
1 large onion, sliced, 5 1/4 ounces*
10 cloves garlic, unpeeled*
Mix the seasonings; rub all over the chicken. Place the onion in the bottom of a slow cooker. Place the chicken on the onion. Cover the chicken with garlic cloves. Cook on LOW 6 hours or until the chicken is done.
Makes 6-12 servings
Can be frozen
* I only counted half the carbs of the garlic and onion since I probably won't eat them. Also, you can get 12 smaller servings by cutting the chicken breasts in half.

This wasn't very good at all. There is far too much spice, which makes the chicken extremely hot and there's not enough salt to season the meat. The spices are so strong that you can't even taste the garlic. I won't make this again.
