GARDEN VEGETABLE PACKET
1 sheet heavy foil, 18x24"
3 cups broccoli florets, about 1 pound
2 cups cauliflower florets, about 2/3 pound
1/2 red bell pepper, in 1-inch pieces, 2 ounces
1 teaspoon basil
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon pepper
Several pats of butter

Center the vegetables on the foil. Sprinkle with the seasonings, then add the butter. Bring up the sides of the foil. Double fold the top and ends to seal, making 1 large packet, leaving room for circulation. Bake at 450 for 20-25 minutes on a baking sheet.

Makes 4-6 servings

I didn't like this very well because of the basil, but this is an easy method of cooking with very little clean-up. Experiment with different vegetables and seasonings.
