Leftover Faux Rice, about 1/2 to 1 cup
A little onion, if desired, about 1 teaspoon to 1 tablespoon

For one serving, heat a tablespoon or so of butter in a small, nonstick skillet. Add the Faux Rice and onion, if using. Cook on medium-high heat until the "rice" and onion are nicely browned, stirring frequently. Season to taste with salt and pepper.

I gave no exact amounts of anything in this recipe because this morning I simply put a little of each in a pan and fried it up for my breakfast. I added an egg to it and scrambled it in (see my Hash Browns with Scrambled Eggs recipe).
