CREAMY HORSERADISH SAUCE
1 cup mayonnaise
8 teaspoons prepared horseradish
1 tablespoon white vinegar
4 teaspoons granulated Splenda or equivalent liquid Splenda
1/8 teaspoon salt
1 clove garlic, minced
1 teaspoon fresh parsley, minced
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
Whisk all of the ingredients and chill to blend flavors.
Makes about 19 tablespoons

This is a combination of two different recipes. It's basically a copy-cat recipe of Arby's Horsey sauce with the addition of garlic, parsley and Worcestershire sauce. It's very nice on Tuna Muffins. If you prefer things more tangy than sweet, you could cut back on the Splenda a little.
