CHICKEN FAJITAS

Per serving:
Grilled, marinated chicken or beef (see Fajita Salad recipe)
1/2 cup pepper and onion mixture (see Fajita Salad recipe)
1/2 ounce cheddar cheese
1 tablespoon salsa
2 tablespoons guacamole
1 tablespoon sour cream

Arrange the chicken on a plate. Top with the pepper-onion mixture, cheese and remaining toppings.

Makes 1 serving
Do not freeze
