HAMBURGERS OR CHEESEBURGERS WITH SAUTÉED MUSHROOMS & ONIONS
Sliced cheese, optional
Fresh mushrooms, sliced
Salt and pepper, to taste
Cook your hamburgers as desired and season to taste, top with cheese, if using. Meanwhile, sauté the mushrooms, onions and garlic in butter until tender and a little browned. Season to taste. Serve the mushroom mixture over the hamburgers.
