BROCCOLI MUSHROOM CASSEROLE
2 16-ounce bags frozen broccoli cuts, cooked and well drained
4 ounce can mushrooms, well drained
1/2 medium onion, chopped, 2 ounces
2 stalks celery, minced
2 tablespoons butter
1/4 cup mayonnaise
8 ounces cheddar cheese, shredded
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1/8 teaspoon garlic powder

Sauté the onion, celery and mushrooms in butter until soft using the same pot that the broccoli was cooked in. Mix all of the ingredients in a greased 2-quart casserole. Bake at 350º 30 minutes.

Makes 8-12 servings
