BLT & C SANDWICH
1 piece Carbquik Artisan Flat Bread
1 tablespoon mayonnaise
1/4 ounce leaf lettuce, 1 small leaf
1 ounce roast chicken, sliced thin
2 pieces bacon, fried
2 small slices tomato, 1 ounce
Split the flat bread into two thin pieces; spread with mayonnaise. Layer the remaining ingredients in the order listed.
Makes 1 serving

I had all the ingredients on hand so I thought I'd give this a try. It was very good but a little tricky keeping the filling from sliding out, but that always happened with a "real" BLT, didn't it? I added the chicken for a little extra protein.
