ROAST BEEF FOR FAJITAS
1 chuck roast
1/2 bottle Figaro Fajita marinade, 4 ounces
Place the roast in a slow cooker; season with salt and pepper. Pour the marinade over the roast. Cover and cook on HIGH about 1 hour, then turn to LOW and cook 6-8 more hours, turning the roast once during cooking time. Slice, chop or shred the beef and serve with sautéed green peppers, onions, lettuce, salsa, sour cream, guacamole, cheese or desired fajita toppings.
