1 cup oil
1/2 cup olive oil
1/2 cup red wine vinegar
1 clove garlic, minced or smashed
2 teaspoon Dijon mustard
Salt and pepper, to taste
Put everything in a jar or cruet. Shake well to blend and shake well before each use.
Makes about 2 cups
