KAREN'S BARBECUED GREEN BEANS
2 14-ounce cans cut green beans; drained
8 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
1/2 cup low carb barbecue sauce *
1/4 cup onion, chopped

Combine everything in a greased baking dish. Don't add any salt. Bake, uncovered at 350º 45 minutes, stirring once or twice.

Makes 4-6 servings
Can be frozen

* I used KC Masterpiece Classic Blend.

This is from one of Karen Rysavy's "Cooking TLC" cookbooks. They taste like southern-style green beans with bacon. Canned green beans aren't my favorite but these aren't too bad. Click the photo to see a close-up.
