Salad greens, torn
Ripe olives, whole or sliced
Cherry or grape tomatoes, halved
Pepperoncini salad peppers, sliced
Hard salami, diced or julienned
Ham, diced or julienned
Mozzarella or provolone cheese, cubed or in small sticks
Bottled Caesar or low carb Italian salad dressing
Freshly ground pepper
Toss all of the ingredients in a large bowl. The number of servings and carb counts will vary depending on the ingredients used, but estimate about 8 net carbs per serving.

I saved time by using bottled Caesar salad dressing rather than making homemade Italian dressing. Store bought Italian dressing usually has too much sugar added, but Caesar only has about 1 carb per 2 tablespoons.
