2 CARB HAMBURGER BUN
2 tablespoons butter
Pinch salt
1/4 cup flax meal
1 egg
1/2 teaspoon baking powder

In a small microwaveable bowl or Grab-it dish, microwave the butter to melt it. Stir in the salt and flax meal. Beat in the egg with a fork until well-blended. Beat in the baking powder. Scrape down the sides of the bowl with a rubber spatula. Microwave on HIGH 1 minute, or until puffed and set in the center. Let stand 1 minute; remove from the bowl and let cool on a rack. Slice and use as a hamburger bun.
